JOB TITLE: SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
Duties: Perform senior professional level work to support the assigned division with documentation and flowcharting of processes and/or procedures; write business requirements, test scripts, critical system reports and formulas; perform gap analyses and testing of upgrades/new enhancements; prepare and defend business requirements; document areas/departments’ processes and/or procedures for system enhancements; resolve system
problems; and perform assigned area professional work duties.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 hours college accredited Information Technology or Information Systems courses. Must have 4 years experience in evaluating, testing, implementing and upgrading system applications. Experience requirements will vary according to departmental needs. Must have demonstrated knowledge of and application of computer software such as spreadsheets, Word, Access, presentation, etc. Must have a basic knowledge of assigned Division operations. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works in office the majority of time. Subject to hazards at work sites during analyses.
