Annual Conference

The venue for this event, the Opryland Hotel, is synonymous with premier meeting and entertainment destinations. Special conference rates for attendees are available at the Opryland Hotel. At Gaylord Opryland, you'll experience all the charm and elegance of the South, as well as a time-honored tradition of hospitality at its finest.

The 2012 SWPP Annual Conference will be held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. A special conference rate of $179 is charged as long as rooms are available. Note that a $15 per night resort fee is charged and includes high speed internet access in each room, along with other amenities.

Unfortunately, the hotel is sold out on Tuesday, March 6 but if you call the hotel, they will put you on a wait list in case rooms become available and also help you make a reservation at a hotel across the street. There are quite a few to choose from in many price ranges with different options for transportation to the hotel.  The best option is to call the hotel directly at 888-777-6779 (use our conference code of A-SWPP2) and make reservations for Wednesday and Thursday there and have them waitlist you for Tuesday.
