Costs for the 2008 SWPP Annual Conference:
Early Bird Registration through February 1, 2008:
$995 for members
$1195 for non-members
$1290 for non-members with a one-year membership included
$100 discount per person for three or more attendees from the same company

Registration after February 1, 2008:
$1095 for members
$1295 for non-members
$1390 for non-members with a one-year membership included
$100 discount per person for three or more attendees from the same company

Hotel: The 2008 SWPP Annual Conference will be held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. A special conference rate of $177 is available until February 24, 2008. Note that a $10 per night resort fee is charged this year and includes high speed internet access in each room, along with other amenities. Please call the hotel directly at 866-972-6779 for reservations, and use the code N-SWPP8 to receive our conference rate. This conference rate is only available over the phone, so please call for reservations.

Workforce Management Professional of the Year Award: SWPP will announce the 2008 Workforce Management Professional of the Year Award on Thursday, March 27 at the 2008 Annual Conference. Click here for more information or to nominate a colleague.

Networking Reception and Mixer: Join us for a reception on Wednesday evening to get the conference started. We have some special events and mixer activities planned to help you get acquainted with your fellow attendees.

Behind Closed Doors: Want some time to hear from your workforce management software vendor? On Wednesday morning, the SWPP Sponsors will be holding group customer sessions to provide the latest information about upgrades, new releases, and new products. Meet other users in this group session led by your vendor.

Transportation: The Opryland Hotel is located 20 minutes from the Nashville International Airport and provides a shuttle to and from the airport for a nominal fee. SWPP will provide transportation to the Thursday evening activity.

Cancellation Policy: You may substitute attendees at any time. For cancellations made before February 1, 2008, SWPP will provide a full refund. A $95 fee will be charged for cancellations made by February 28, 2008, and a $195 fee will be charged after that date.
