Hotel Information

The 2017 SWPP Annual Conference will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The Omni Nashville Hotel is specifically created to be an authentic expression of Nashville’s vibrant music culture. Across from the new Music City Center, this luxury hotel is a one-of-a-kind experience, fully integrated with an expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum® on three levels. Located at 250 5th Avenue South, the Omni Nashville Hotel design is a modern expression of the city’s distinct character, incorporating natural materials, exposed steel and regional limestone. The multi-story hotel and expanded museum share meeting and entertainment space and bring additional restaurants and retail venues to this dynamic destination in downtown Nashville.

Our block of rooms at the Omni has sold out.  However, we have also booked a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn across the street from the Omni at 310 4th Avenue South.  The only rooms left at the Hampton Inn are suites with a room rate of $249 per night, and rooms will be available until March 8 or until our block is full.  You can book rooms at the Hampton Inn online at http://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/groups/personalized/B/BNADTHX-SWP-20170326/index.jhtml.

There are many other hotels in the downtown Nashville area if these hotels do not fit in your plans or are sold out.  However, there is always limited availability at downtown hotels, so please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  You can always do a search for downtown hotels and see if you can find one that is available and in your budget.

The Omni is located 15 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service, but there is a downtown shuttle available from the airport that is approximately $20 per person.  Taxis are available for a flat rate of $25.00 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $1.00 when accompanying original passenger and proceeding to same destination.  Valet parking is available at the hotel for $34 overnight, and self-parking is available at the adjacent Music City Center for $22 per day.
