There is no requirement for any student to purchase any specific study materials or attend any training. Applicants with experience in the field may have gained their knowledge through a variety of sources and it is only important that the knowledge be demonstrated through the certification process. Note that the ideal certification candidate possesses experience as a workforce planning manager or analyst.

SWPP is pleased to provide resources to prepare for CWPP certification testing. These study materials include Articles, Books, and Web Seminars & Classroom Training. While the articles are provided on this site at no cost, other avenues of training have a cost associated with them, which is the responsibility of the student.
