Contact Center Team Leader

The Contact Center Team Leader position requires a knack for delivering outstanding service and inspiring others to do the same. You will supervise and coach a staff of Contact Center Representatives developing them to support WSECU’s Brand Promise of making members lives easier.

Candidates need to have proven leadership experience. You will need to have strong written and verbal skills allowing you to communicate in multiple fashions to successfully coach your staff. As a member of the Contact Center Leadership Team you will work collaboratively to successfully navigate an ever-changing environment to achieve the goals and objectives of the Contact Center. You are also responsible for making strategic decisions in response to member requests and call volume.

This position is open until filled.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Scheduling flexibility required to meet service needs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:
Required – This position requires 1-2 years customer service and/or call center experience; minimum one year leadership or supervisory experience.
Preferred – Financial institution experience; workforce management; software experience and previous leadership experience in a diverse/fast paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE\SKILLS\ABILITIES:
Required – The ability to analyze information and form recommendations; effectively work within a strong team dynamic; effective listening skills; ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism; strong interpersonal skills; ability to think like the member with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Preferred – Communications training, sales and customer service training.
