Why Join SWPP?
- Natalie Robertson, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International “I’ve been in Workforce Planning for about 16 years and prior to my involvement with SWPP, it was difficult to connect with industry peers. Now, I have the opportunity to network and share best practices with other Workforce Planning Professionals on a regular and on-going basis, whether it be through the quarterly newsletters, online forums, tips of the week, or the annual conference.”
- Todd Gladden, DeNOVO Consulting "It's so beneficial to have an association of professionals that are dedicated to the foundational area of the contact center, the Workforce Planning area. Even if you are not a WFM functional individual, leaders of contact centers can benefit from the networking, exchange of best practices and technological advancements in this area to enhance the productivity of their centers. The conferences, regional sessions, online forums, certification, and training opportunities just serve to grow individuals and organizations and impact the bottom line for your company. Whether it’s Planning and Strategy, Forecasting and Scheduling, Managing Daily Service Levels, or Reporting and Tracking, there's something for everyone. It's been a "must-have" in my association portfolio.”

If so, then you can nominate that person for the SWPP Workforce Management Professional of the Year award.
The SWPP Board of Advisors review the nominations and select five finalists for the award. The Board then chooses the Workforce Management Professional of the Year from those five finalists. The Workforce Management Professional of the Year award winner is announced at the SWPP Annual Conference.
