Why Join SWPP?
- Todd Gladden, DeNOVO Consulting
“It’s so beneficial to have an association of professionals that are dedicated to the foundational area of the contact center, the Workforce Planning area. Even if you are not a WFM functional individual, leaders of contact centers can benefit from the networking, exchange of best practices and technological advancements in this area to enhance the productivity of their centers. The conferences, regional sessions, online forums, certification, and training opportunities just serve to grow individuals and organizations and impact the bottom line for your company. Whether it’s Planning and Strategy, Forecasting and Scheduling, Managing Daily Service Levels, or Reporting and Tracking, there’s something for everyone. It’s been a “must-have” in my association portfolio.”
- Sandra McFatridge, Travelers Insurance
“SWPP is about connecting. Connecting with professionals who speak the same ‘job’ language you do, with vendors who are targeted to your functional needs, and with trainers who understand the skills and experience needed to excel. And with all of these resources, not only do you feel connected to your work, but you find you are part of a caring, nurturing, and talented group of people ready to help when you need it.”

If so, then you can nominate that person for the SWPP Workforce Management Professional of the Year award.
The SWPP Board of Advisors review the nominations and select five finalists for the award. The Board then chooses the Workforce Management Professional of the Year from those five finalists. The Workforce Management Professional of the Year award winner is announced at the SWPP Annual Conference.
