Manager, Training Call Center Operations. Support – Fontana, Job #383500

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, finance, statistics, mathematics, or related field, OR four years of experience in a directly related field. A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required. Requires at least six years of related technical leadership experience and six years of demonstrated competency in a call center leadership role managing at least one of the following areas (Workforce Management, Training, Quality Assurance, Call Center Technology Services or Operations) or comparable experience. At least six years of management experience in statistical analysis, finance, call center or business administration.
