Louise Andrew and Christopher Watchorn
Join SWPP Board of Advisors

We are pleased to announce that Louise Andrew of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and
Christopher Watchorn of Teleperformance have joined the SWPP Board of Advisors.

Louise Andrew is Manager, Workforce Planning, at the Fairmont Raffles Hotels International Global Reservation Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Louise has been with Fairmont for 14 years, with 13 of those in workforce planning.
In her current role, Louise supervises all aspects of the workforce management function in her centre. Her team of five is responsible for all scheduling and forecasting tasks in support of 200 Reservation Sales Agents who make reservations for luxury hotels and resorts around the world. Louise is also actively involved in promoting networking among workforce planning professionals in New Brunswick. She has hosted several best practices sessions at her centre in the last few years.

Christopher Watchorn is Vice-President, Business Intelligence, with Teleperformance in Canada responsible for all facets of workforce management, reporting, and dialer operations. He has more than 12 years of call centre leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Christopher has been in workforce planning arena for nearly nine years with both first and third party call centre organizations. His workforce management experiences included eight years with Rogers Communications Inc., and three years with American Express (Canada).

This Board of Advisors is the backbone of our association. They volunteer their time and expertise to SWPP in many ways, including responding to member questions on the online forum and direct e-mails, writing newsletter articles and tips of the week, presenting sessions at the SWPP Annual Conference, selecting the five finalists and winner for the Workforce Management Professional of the Year award, as well as planning our activities and generally acting as SWPP ambassadors in the call center industry.
