Position Title: Workforce Optimization Analyst
Job Location: Madison, WI

We are seeking a Workforce Optimization Analyst who will possess:

  • Bachelor degree in a field related to Business, Accounting, Statistics, Math, Computer Programming
  • Four years of experience in an operational setting that includes workforce, scheduling, forecasting, intraday reporting, inventory reporting, staffing models and process improvement identification
  • Two years of experience supporting an operational functional area (i.e. customer service, claims, billing, helpdesk)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the development, implementation and analysis of staffing models and on-going analysis of current staffing and operational results for the purpose of making recommendations as to necessary process improvements, operational efficiencies and optimization of resources. This includes responsibility for leading the analysis of operational processes that will discover opportunities for improved efficiencies across the department and/or division

  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations
