Summary
The Team Lead is part of the Personal Insurance Workforce Administration Group (WAG) which is geographically spread over multiple locations. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Workforce with strategic projects, communications, analysis and assistance with department operations. The role requires strong analytical skills and the desire to embrace continuous improvement while leading by example. Also required is a strong collaborator who can work in a fast paced environment and influence various individuals across the organization at all levels.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

– Manages a portfolio of workforce projects
– Develops project plans including timelines, stakeholders, cost benefit and risk analysis
– Communicates plan and updates continually with stakeholders
– Helps team in defining best practices and proper use of workforce applications
– Leverages data to make business recommendations
– Produces reporting with relevant commentary that helps drives business decisions
– Runs workforce meetings with little guidance from supervisors.
– Presents results and findings to stakeholders
– Work across the WAG team to assure proper collaboration of key workforce competencies
– Assist in managing workloads to assure commitments are consistently met
– Assist with monitoring of quality and identify performance and training opportunities
– Work with partners to understand key business drivers and impacts on demand/capacity

Education / Work Experience
– College degree or commensurate work experience
– Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and various other software applications
– Call center and workforce management experience
– Experience scheduling and/or forecasting with WFM applications such as Aspect (preferred), Verint, IEX, Pipkins etc
– Personal Lines insurance knowledge is a plus
